No - all our packages are completely anonymous. Lust4You is not mentioned on the package or as the sender, giving you a completely anonymous delivery
We ship to all of Europe and the United States. If you live in another country please contact us and we will do our best to deliver to you
All products on the website are in stock and can be ordered. Orders placed before 3pm CET are usually packaged and shipped the same day. Your order is usually delivered within 1-3 days. The package is usually delivered to your home and if you cannot receive it, it will be delivered to the nearest DHL agent.
We offer 14 days open purchase / money back and 30 days return policy. An order that has been placed is usually packed immediately. Contact customer service at contact@lust4you.com and we will investigate if it is possible to cancel the order before it has been sent.
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged 200 Euro. Contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to retrieve your package.
At Lust4You, as a customer, you always have 30 days to return your items. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Note that underwear, socks, latex products and intimate products must be unopened in order to be returned.

If you receive a broken or non-functioning product contact customer service, we will solve this for you in the smoothest possible way.
Once your delivery has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information.
